Lithium gives me headaches, nausea

I would rather be depressed than depressed AND sick. Anyone else have a problem with Lithium? You all seem to rave about it.

lithium levels must/need be checked on a very regular basis, especially when first beginning the lithium regime

i assume you are relatively new to lithium, possibly less than six months

headaches and nausea? be sure to drink an inordinate amount of "water"
lithium is a salt!

makes you a zombie? i am convinced you are "new" to lithium


get your lithium level checked
drink lots and lots of water

and remember this: adapting to lithium takes a while
