do you have scoliosis? I have curvature of the spine, scolioisis. There is a lot of exercises that you can do to help with the aches and pains of the back. Depending on where your curve is, would determine the type of excercise and stretches that you would need to do. I went to a phyisical therapist, and they taught me alot of easy, pain free ways to help with my back ache, plus keeping off the extra weight really seems to help. Good luck and hope you feel better |
