over the past two days i have had this pain in my leg. it feels kind of like a tooth ache, but it's in the side of my leg just above my ankle. it comes and goes. it will hurt for a minute and than go away, and i might not feel it again for hours, but when it does pain, it really hurts. it wakes me up in the night. i didn't do anything to my leg to make it hurt, it's just really weird that it started doing this, and that it isn't a constant pain. what could this be?

I have a back injury and spinal damage....I often have weird pains in my hips, legs, and feet. Mine is caused be a pinched nerve or nerves in my back.
If you had a previous back injury, this might explain the pain. If you have not, then it could be a number of things. If it continues, I would say call your doctor. My guess is a pinched nerve or muscle strain, but alas, I'm a bartender not a doctor! |
