Recently, I have injured my back somehow...going to the doctors tomorrow. Lower back in a lot of pain when I move, bend, or lift my legs. MY QUESTION IS: Lately, my hands keep going numb whenever I rest, no matter what position I get in. Does anyone know if the numbness could be linked to whatever is going on in my back?? It's just driving me crazy!
Best answer:
You may have a cervical spine (neck) nerve compression, which may be the problem with your back, too. Nerves from the cervical spine are responsible for your neck, shoulders, arms and hands. Lower spine nerves run down your hips and legs. You may have herniated discs, so mention the problem with your hands to your doctor, too. Hope you feel better, I know it's miserable. I have the same problem, mine is from herniated cervical discs. |
