What could this be. As a child I had eczema on my thighs but that disappeared as I got older. Could it have migrated to my calves or could this be somethings else? During the summer I get lots of mosquito bites and itch to the point of bleeding. My legs normally don't look like this during the winter but this winter they have been very itchy and I do moisturize often.... help?

Don't take long, hot baths/showers. It dries out your skin and causes "winter itch." |
