I have had this for about a month. It doesn't itch and i don't know what it is. I also don't know how i got it... i am very healthy otherwise and i have never really had any rashes before.

Yes it's probably ringworm. I got this info from the National Skin Centre, Singapore's governmental skin clinic:
Ringworm appears as scaly, reddish, ring-shaped patches with the tendency to form complete rings with raised borders. This is called tinea corporis (body), or tinea cruris (groin). It is caused by a fungus.
You can check out the link below and see if you have the condition shown in the pictures.
Keep the area clean and dry, and go see a doctor asap if you want to prevent it from spreading to other areas. Fungal infections can be very difficult to treat if left alone for too long.
