HOLLY **** Groundbreaking acne discovery...? |
Hear this kid out. Listen. I was confused 20 minutes ago. Then online it said saunas help clear acne. Many of us obviously can't afford to buy a sauna nor can we go to one every night.
I have devised a mini-sauna. After having my face in it for 15 minutes then washing it off with warm water then drying it and applying lotion which contains vitamin e my skin feels amazing!!! It felt like crap before I did this... All dry from the acne medicine I was using. Now it feels amazing. Wow
Steps to create a mini-sauna:
1) Fill up your sink with HOTT water.
2) Plug up your sink so the water will stay in.
3) Grab a bath size towel and drap it over your head which isn't in the water, but just above it and the sink. This keeps the steam in.
There, your good to go. Mini sauna and my face feels great. >

Yes, redwind64 is correct. It hasn't cleared my acne... but I have only done it once. lol... I will continue to do this for a week or two then update. And hey I don't mind a pimple here and there redwind. I just can't stand dry skin from acne medications... you know? when you can't socialize cuz your skin is cracking as you do. so this may be the way to do it without drying skin!! anyways yep.
