herpes, hpv, and a number of other stds are not out of the question. Tell her to go to the doctor and find out what she has so she isnt getting others sick. If you have to, go to the school counselor, as there are other lives in danger and it needs to be reported and taken care of. You can do this annonymously. The school will handle it, but they cant help your friend or others in danger if they dont know about it. Its not about getting someone into trouble, its about making sure that others are not brought into contact. She could have some life threatening diseases and also diseases to make her infertile.
