i have 3 sores on my lip kinda look white painful as hell im nervous it can be some kind of std. i hear its normal and can be a cold sore or fever sore.
should i be concerned?

Cold Sores are Herpes.
80% of the American population has oral herpes.
It's infectious, but not deadly. Don't kiss anyone or share a drink until a week or so after the sores go away, just in case.
You can go to the doctor to have it tested, because it could just be some other kind of infection.
