It is not an uncurable disease for guys but for girls it can be fatal, if you give a girl HPV she will not even notice it until she either gets a pap smear or she gets really sick and finds out she has cervical cancer. Men give women HPV's , there is no other way around it since it is not something you catch from sitting on the toilet, men are the ones that carry the disease from a vagina to another. So if a guy is HPV possitive you can be sure you gave it to all women you had sex with without protection.
