If you are weight training, you'll need to eat 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight every day.
So if you weigh 63 (I'm assuming Kg) that is about 140 lbs. Therefore you should eat about 140g of protein per day.
1 chicken breast is about 40-50g.
1 can of tuna can add another 20-30g
1 scoop of protein powder can add another 20-30
