Everyone talks about them as if they're different things but I always thought they were the same. . .what IS the difference? Thanks >
Best answer: 4 days ago I mean like how do you do sit-ups and how do you do crunches? What's the different technique I mean i thought you just bent your legs and came up. . .
Best answer:
A sit up has your back on the floor and your raise up so your elbows touch your knees. Your butt is the pivot point as your whole back comes off the floor.
A crunch has your back on the floor but you only "crunch" your abs so that while you raise up slightly your lower back never leaves the floor.
