Well Iam in my early teens and while all my friends are growing really tall Iam staying the same short height of 5ft 1in my dad and mom are about 5ft 5in (mom) 5ft 8in (dad) and the rest of my family besides my sister and me are above 5ft 5in. Will I grow more or is their something i can do to boost my height?

Whoa im 5'1", my mom's 5'8", and my dad's 5'7". I'm also in my early teens so I can definitely sympathize with you. You will probably have a growth spurt sometime during your teens but for right now just get a lot of calcium and you should be just fine. Stretching every day is also known for boosting height. |
