How can i build muscles in my body?

I want 2 build up body (arms, leg, and stomach muscles etc (or whatever they are). I have some 1.5kg dumbells, and an exercise bike... what exersises (like situps??) or training would you reccomend??? and how much for how long etc?

run, do crunches, pushups, pullups, prisoner squats, one legged squats, until it hurts.
