okay, here's the prob. just ate lunch at 1.30, and of cause i took off my retainers. i forgot to put them back on till about 4.15. when i put it on, i felt that the two front teeth were a little tight. i think my teeth had moved a little. you think?
okay, so my question is, will my teeth get back in it position if i leave my retainer on? i'm using the clear plastic ones.

If you leave the retainer in they should move back to position within the next few days. If you left it off for a week then you might have more trouble. While you are using the clear retainers your teeth will move if given the chance until they set into position. |
