This is my 2nd day using the premium one and I've noticed after taking them off there is still some of the gel on my teeth. Does anybody know if you are supposed to rinse it out or brush the gel into the teeth.
They seem to be working and I luckily havent felt any sensitivity yet. >

They are not very thourough directions and they dont mention anything about that. You really think I couldnl't think of that one myself? You must have thought that youre a genius.

take a dry toothbrush and rrub your teeth with it, like you are brushing. Do not brush it into your teeth as in using toothpaste. I would wait about a half an hour or so before you brush with toothpaste. Also, try to use a white or clear toothpaste, as whitening can make your teeth a bit pourous. |
