Since most references recommend taking Motrin (ibuprofen) with food or milk, I would say yes. The challenge with mixing this with any vehicle is that you have to take ALL of the vehicle to make sure you recived all the medicine. My suggestion would be to put it in the smallest amount of vehicle possible to make sure the person takes the entire dose of Ibuprofen.
